Do you have to have marathon experience to participate?
No, all abilities are welcome as this is a fun event where you can start and stop as often as you please.
Does each team member have to run the same distance or can we have different runners running different distances (provided we complete the full distance of course)?
The Marathon Relay is intended to allow runners of all abilities to participate. There are no rules related to the minimum or maximum number of laps each team member must run. Some teams may choose to have their more experienced runner run more laps than their less experienced runners. Similarly, relay runners may each run all of their laps consecutively, or choose to tag off.
