Group Fitness

 September 8th – 15th – Group Fitness FREE WEEK! Come try out our group fitness classes for free!

  • Monday – Zumba from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm in the Hangar Aerobics Room
  • Monday – Modo Fit from 7:15pm to 8:15pm in the Hangar Aerobics Room (access limited to students only)
  • Tuesday – Empower Hour from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm in the Hangar Aerobics Room
  • Tuesday – Hatha Yoga from 6:00pm – 7:00pm in the Hangar Aerobics Room (access limited to students only)
  • Wednesday – Modo Fit from 7:15pm to 8:15pm in the Hangar Aerobics Room (access limited to students only)
  • Thursday – HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) from 6:15pm to 7:15 pm in the Hangar Aerobics Room (access limited to students only)

Intramural Sports

September 15th – September 19th – Intramural Sports FREE WEEK  – Want to come and try out intramural sports? Come visit our drop-in nights and learn more about playing in our league sports. 

  • Sunday September 15th – Basketball in the Fieldhouse Main Gym from 7-9 pm, Soccer in the Hangar from 5-7 pm
  • Monday September 16th – Flag Football in the Hangar from 7-9 pm
  • Tuesday September 17th – Ultimate Frisbee in the Hangar from 7-9pm
  • Wednesday September 18th – Innertube Waterpolo in the Pool from 8-10pm, Dodgeball in the Fieldhouse Main Gym from 8-10pm
  • Thursday, September 19th – Volleyball in the Bora Laskin Gym from 7-9 pm

Thursday, September 19th at Midnight – Deadline to register for FALL Intramural Sports (Basketball, Flag Football, Innertube Waterpolo, Dodgeball, and Volleyball). 

Thursday, October 17th at Midnight – Deadline to register for FULL YEAR Intramural Sports (Soccer, Hockey, and Ultimate Frisbee).
