FIT Yoga - Registration OPEN


FIT yoga is a beginner to advanced class for participants not comfortable with hot yoga  and/or need options to choose for their protection and safety.   Hatha & Namaste, Soma yoga and structural integration are taught.  These methods assists in limbering up all joints, improving oxygen levels with conscious breathing techniques, releasing tension in muscles with a variety of yoga asanas sequences.  This class is progressive with many options to choose from making this class specific to your challenging needs.  If you have never tried yoga, have many injuries or other chronic conditions this is the perfect class for you.  Experience total body balance, posture & alignment restored and much more.  Learn yoga techniques you can use in daily life.

Dates: Saturdays January 6 - April 14, 2018 (Excluding March 31)

Time: 10:15 - 11:45am

Sign up before December 22, 2017 for the Earlybird Fee: $100.00 + HST for all 14 sessions

Regular Fee: $125.00 + HST

5 Pass Punch Card - $50.00 + HST

Drop-In - $15.00 (General Public)/ $7.00 (Students)


Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event of a cancellation 5 days prior to the start of the program, there will be a 25% service charge for each session canceled.  No refunds will be made after the start of the program, for any reason.  A credit will be issued for future programs if a participant has an accident or injury during a class.  No refunds will be given if a person leaves a class for their own desire or is expelled.
