COVID-19 Camp Guidelines

We are so excited to be able to return to offering youth programs. As per Health Unit recommendations, some of our camp policies and guidelines have been adjusted, and there are some new requirements in terms of paperwork. Please check out below some of the important information you need to know about how we are helping keep your children safe:

COVID-19 Waivers

All campers are required to complete an additional COVID-19 waiver prior to participation in any of our youth programming.  This waiver will be emailed to all camp participants in the pre-camp email and is also available for download at the bottom of this page.

This waiver must be completed and submitted on the first date of camp. 

Daily Screening

All campers must complete an online daily screening form prior to attending camp. Each camp will have a unique form emailed out to parents prior to the start of their program, but links can also be found below:

Safety Guidelines & Precautions

Full updated Covid Guidelines coming soon indicating how we are running our camps with additional measures to ensure camper’s safety. Some highlights are as follows:

  • Campers are asked to bring all they need with them to camp, including a filled water bottle. Camper’s belongings must remain with them at all times.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available to campers at all times throughout their program
  • Campers are asked to wear a mask to camp, and will be worn at all times except when actively participating in activities.
  • Campers will be in cohorts whenever possible
  • Staff will wear masks and goggles or face shield at all times
  • Group sizes will be 50 campers including staff or less and whenever possible larger groups will be split into cohorts
  • Staff will work with their one cohort only whenever possible.
  • Additional cleaning and disinfecting will take place
  • Daily screening will occur for all campers and staff
