Prior to booking your workout, please make sure you have read all up to date facility information regarding our current COVID-19 guidelines.

Bookings are currently required for facility access. Please note that not all areas of our facility are available at all times. Please see calendars below for further details. 

Summer 2021 Hours (July 19 – Sep 5)

Monday to Friday

6:30 am to 8:15 pm

  • We will be closed on Monday, Sep 6 for Labour Day.


8:15 am to 6:30 pm



Fall 2021 Hours (Sep 7 onwards)

Monday to Friday

6:00 am to 10:00 pm


8:00 am to 6:00 pm

Please check the calendars below to see if your desired workout area is available prior to booking your workout. In particular, if you are booking the Hangar, please note that the field and track are not always available for open use. 

  1. Login to your account at
    1. Be sure to select the correct login option. “Community User” is for all non-LU members, and “Lakehead User Login” is for current students, faculty, and staff only
  2. Click “Book Workout”
  3. Select your desired workout area
  4. Select the date you want to workout (Note that it will only allow for bookings up to 3 days in advance)
  5. Find your desired time
  6. Click “Book Now” next to your desired time
