Prior to booking your workout, please make sure you have read all up to date facility information regarding our current COVID-19 guidelines.

Bookings are currently required for certain areas of our facility  Please note that not all areas of our facility are available at all times. Please see calendars below for further details. 

Fall 2021 Hours (Sep 7 – Oct 22)

Monday to Friday – 6:00 am to 10:00 pm

Saturday/Sunday – 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

Fall/Winter 2021 Hours (Oct 23 onwards)

Monday to Friday – 6:00 am to 10:00 pm

Saturday/Sunday – 8:00 am to 10:00 pm

Effective Oct 12, Bookings will only be required for the weight rooms and cardio loft spaces. Bookings will no longer be required for the Hangar or Gymnasiums. However, these spaces are not always available due to programming so please be sure to check the calendar below prior to your visit.

  1. Login to your account at
    1. Be sure to select the correct login option. “Community User” is for all non-LU members, and “Lakehead User Login” is for current students, faculty, and staff only
  2. Click “Book Workout”
  3. Select your desired workout area
  4. Select the date you want to workout (Note that it will only allow for bookings up to 3 days in advance)
  5. Find your desired time
  6. Click “Book Now” next to your desired time
