Wrestling
summer wrestling camp – july 19/20
Camp Description: Athletes will work towards building their athletic abilities and maximizing their athletic potential while building on skills such as flexibility, explosive power, agility and balance. Your child will develop essential skills that will improve their wrestling! Athletes in our camp will learn fundamental wrestling techniques shown by Lakehead Varsity and will have the opportunity to hone these techniques and skills in structured drills and live action wrestling! This camp will be the perfect blend of skill development, conditioning, and competitive live action!
