“This is the last meet before the OUA Champs in York at the end of the month.  This is the athletes last chance to qualify for OUA’s and improve their seeds before going into the post season.  Everyone is fit, healthy, and ready to run fast, now athletes just need to execute on the day.” – Coach Sigsworth
