Other Lakehead wrestlers to place include Erin Clayton (67kg) in fourth and Mike Zale (65kg) in fifth, while Hasan Ercan (54kg) and Sam Lockie (57kg) both finished in sixth

“We are definitely improving our offence since the start of the season, and are in a good position to develop other parts of our match over the next few weeks,” said head coach Francis Clayton.

“With our next competition being the Brock Invitational in January, we have time to focus with few distractions.”

The Thunderwolves next competition, the Brock Invitational, will take place on Saturday, Jan. 11 in St. Catharines, ON.
