“Overall it was a solid day with most athletes taking a step forward from their results from two weeks ago at LU Vs the World,” said coach Kip Sigsworth. “I was especially pleased with the way the athletes competed today. We now have two weeks before our next meet which is a great opportunity to build some fitness for the most important meets of the season.”
