The Thunderwolves Return to the Court Feb 11

We are SO excited for the Thunderwolves teams to be back on the court! Due to the January closure and current government guidelines, we’ve had some schedule changes and important updates to share.

Schedule Resumes on Feb 11

All of our games originally scheduled for Feb 11th onwards are proceeding as normal, including:

• Our Basketball home series vs. Guelph on Feb 11 and 12 
• Our Volleyball home series vs. our Guelph on Feb 18/19/20
• Our Basketball away series at Algoma on Feb 18 and 19 
• Our Volleyball away series vs. Brock on Feb 25 and 26

Rescheduled Games

• Our Basketball Home Series vs. Windsor Lancers has been rescheduled to Mar 4th and 5th, with game times of 6 pm for the Women’s team and 8 pm for the Men’s Team
• Our Basketball Away Series vs. Waterloo Warriors has been rescheduled to Mar 11th and 12th, with game times of 6 pm for the Women’s Team and 8 pm for the Men’s Team. Games are available to stream on OUA.tv for all home and away games. 
• Our Volleyball Away Series vs. Windsor Lancers has been rescheduled for Mar 4th at 6 pm and Mar 5th at 2 pm. Games are available to stream on OUA.tv for all home and away games. 

Ticket Sales – Basketball/Volleyball

Ticket Sales for Basketball and Volleyball games will be done in person only, at the Wolf Den Front Desk, due to limited capacity. Tickets will be available during regular facility hours (6 am to 10 pm). 175 tickets are available for each game to non season ticket holders. Season tickets seats have been reserved for them and are able to be used as normal. 

Tickets for Basketball and Volleyball games will go on sale the Monday prior to the games being played. That means:

• Feb 11/12 Basketball Tickets vs. Guelph will go on sale Mon Feb 7
• Feb 18/19/20 Volleyball Tickets vs. Guelph will go on sale Mon Feb 14
• Mar 4/5 Basketball Tickets vs. Windsor will go on sale on sale Mon Feb 28

Please note that season ticket holders wishing to redeem the extra tickets from their package must visit the Wolf Den with their promo code to do so. 

COVID-19 Requirements for Entry

All ticket holders must ensure they have proper proof of vaccination when attending any Thunderwolves Varsity Game. This includes:

• Enhanced Vaccine receipt with QR Code
• Photo ID
• Approved self-screening badge through the Lakehead Mobile Safety App
