Your Lakehead Thunderwolves Men’s basketball (2-3) take on the Carleton Ravens (2-2) tonight, looking for that win after last night’s close defeat against the Ottawa Gee-gees.
The Thunderwolves had a tough game tonight against the Carleton Ravens. The 1st half saw the Ravens pull away from the Thunderwolves and had a 16 point lead at the beginning of the 2nd. Eduardo Hernandez-Batista got his first OUA action tonight at the end of the 2nd. At the end of the 2nd the Ravens led 34-50.
The 3rd saw Tyler Sagl take the points lead for the Thunderwolves. Carleton kept the lead ending 57-64. The Thunderwolves put up an impressive 23 points to Carleton’s 13 in the 3rd.
The 4th period saw the Thunderwolves try to close the points gap but they just couldn’t close it enough losing 78-88.
Your Thunderwolves will be back in action next weekend on home court as they take on the Western Mustangs and the Windsor Lancers. Come down and support the Thunderwolves in the Thunderdome at 8PM.
