The Lakehead men’s basketball team (3-10) lost to the undefeated Carleton Ravens (12-0) tonight, 96-58 in Ottawa.

The Thunderwolves battled with the Ravens for the entire first quarter. The ‘Wolves were down only 24-20, going into the second where they were able to bring it within 1. Carleton pushed ahead and led at the half 41-31.

Lakehead continued to fight in the second half, but found their deficit only increasing. The Ravens outscored the ‘Wolves 55- 27 in the second half, finishing off the game 96-58.

The Thunderwolves were out rebounded 53-28 with 22 being offensive boards for Carleton.

Henry Tan and Mor Menashe led the team with 12 points each. Bacarius Dinkins had 11 and Mike Theodore put up 9 points.

The Thunderwolves are off next weekend and will play the following week on the road against Laurentian and Nipissing on February 3^rd and 4^th.
