Steve Gross – Assistant Coach

We are very happy to have Steve Gross join our coaching staff. As a wrestler Steve was an ofsaa champion, represented Team Ontario – Canada Summer Games, 2007 Junior national silver medalist 2008 Junior Provincial Champion 2008 Junior National Champion 2008 Canadian Junior World Team Member 2009 OUA Bronze 2009 CIS Bronze 2009 men Team OUA Champions

Following a strong wrestling career, Steve coached Sir Winston Churchill in Thunder Bay before joining the Matmen Wrestling club, 2012-2017. During his years coaching the Matmen they were Juvenile Men Provincial Champions – 2014-2015 season, Juvenile Men National Champions – 2014-2015 season, Juvenile Men National Champions – 2015-2016 season, Cadet Men Provincial Champions – 2016-2017 season

Steve also coached the International tour in Romania/Spain as the Cadet/Junior team Canada coach.
