Your Men’s basketball team (2-1) are hoping to take the win to after an intense overtime game last night against York (1-2) which resulted in a loss.

Your starting line up is Chris Sagl, Laoui Msambya, Nathan Bilamu, Tyler Sagl & Harold Santacruz. Harold Santacruz with the first points of the game after just 30 seconds. Nathan Bilamu gets the first 3 pointer for Lakehead. Lakehead lead in the 1st with 20-11. Tyler Sagl has 7 points and Harold Santacruz with 4.

The 2nd period saw the Thunderwolves take the lead with Nathan Bilamu taking the lead with points at 10. York Lions closed in on the Thunderwolves as they became tied at 31-31 with 1:22 left. York take the lead with 10 seconds left in the 1st half ending it at 33-32.

The 3rd period saw your Lakehead Thunderwolves start to pull away from York lions and take the edge with a 52-51 lead. Carsen Unrau came out with some big moves tonight getting a steal and also a charge – big moves from the rookie!

The 4th period saw the Thunderwolves start to break away from the Lions having a 10 point lead with just over 5 minutes left in the game. Tyler Sagl is leading the Thunderwolves with 18 points and back-t0-back-to-back 3 pointers!  The 4th also saw the Thunderwolves grab plenty of steal and break away points scored.
