aker in the game was the final quarter, in which Winnipeg stretched their lead to 65-56 with under 6 minutes to play. That’s when Lakehead rolled off an 11-0 run to re-take the lead with under a minute to play.
The ‘Wolves led by three with under 15 seconds to play, and on a crafty inbounds play, threw an ally-oop to Bacarius Dinkins, who slammed it home to extend the ‘Wolves lead.
Although Jelane Pryce banked in a quick three on the following possession, Lakehead would hold on for the win.
Dinkins had team-high 26 points with 11 rebounds, while Henry Tan had 24 points, with three 3-pointers.
