Registration FAQ’s
The registration button is missing, how do I proceed?
If the register button is missing, it is likely that you or your child are missing a birthday on your profile! You can edit or add birthdays by hitting your username in the top right corner of the page. You’ll need to change the ‘Viewing As’ person to the individual whose birthday you are trying to change, and then can hit the edit button.
It says “Age Restricted” next to my child, and won’t let me select them. What do I do?
If you see a “Age restricted” error: this person is not age eligible for this program, please check the birthday is correct and/or this it the right age division for them
It says “Waiver Age Restricted”, what does this mean?
If you see a “Waiver age restricted error”: this error means the individual attempting to complete registration is not over the age of 18 and not able to sign a waiver on this child’s behalf. Please check you are logged in as yourself, and not your child. If you have accidentally created your account in your child’s name, please email activeu@lakeheadu.ca with your full name, date of birth, email, and phone number as well as the email used to create the account for us to correct it.
