The Lakehead Cross Country team raced at the Marauder Bayfront Open this past weekend in Hamilton, ON.
“Overall not our best day despite a couple of bright spots. The team is young and growing so they will take this experience and learn from it. There are two more weeks until OUA’s to work things out and these meets are all about doing what we need to do to be our best at OUA’s. A big area of focus these next two weeks will be on continuing to compete throughout the entire race and especially in the back half when things start to get hard.” – Coach Kip Sigsworth
