Running with the Wolves

Running with the Wolves is a Virtual Run Club for first time runners or those running for the first time in a while!

Beginning on September 27, participants will receive a weekly newsletter with running tips and tricks from Lakehead University Track and Field athletes and coaches, and Student Health and Wellness. This program will help participants go from 0 to 5k throughout the 8 weeks. 

They will be a part of a community through Strava Clubs where they can meet other runners, get motivated, and compete for the Leaderboard Spots!

This program is open to current students, incoming students, staff, faculty, and alumni from either Campus. Sign up by September 25th here!

Wolves on the Move

Wolves on the Move is an activity based group for all members of the Lakehead University Community. Each week a different challenge or contest will be posted to help motivate members of the club to stay active and engage with each other. This club is appropriate for individuals of all skills and abilities, and ages!
