Personal Training

Are you looking to learn more about working out? Have a current routine that you want to revamp? Book a session with our personal trainer! We have a variety of packages available that can be booked.

All personal training packages are only eligible for purchase by students and current members.

Personal Training Package Options

Starter package: Will help those who are in need of professional advice and guidance on the development of an existing basic fitness/strength training program. The start package consists of a 30 minute assessment, plus 1 full hour training session where your trainer will walk you through an upper body, lower body, and full body workout. 

5 Sessions: The goal with this package is to help create comfort in the fitness centre. You will be introduced to all movements, skills and requirements so that you can move forwards on your fitness path. This includes 5 one-hour sessions as well as a 30 minute assessment. 

10 Sessions:  In 10 sessions you are able to learn new movements that help you get started on the right path. To have a better understanding of program design, base movement patterns and more confidence moving forward! This includes 10 one-hour sessions as well as a 30 minute assessment. 

Semi-Private Training –  Want to train with a friend, colleague or partner for some added motivation? Purchase a semi-private package instead of a private! Each session will be catered to you and your training partner’s goals.


All prices subject to HST. LU Student Pricing is available to all currently enrolled LU students. Non-Student Member pricing is available to any member with an active membership.

Personal Training Policies


We are not currently accepting new personal training clients during the Spring/Summer term.


All training sessions will be scheduled directly between the personal trainer and the client. Appointments for sessions must be made during regular facility hours and be agreed upon by both the personal trainer and the client.


Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance via written email to the personal trainer directly. Failure to cancel with at least 24 hours notice will result in loss of that session. 

Package Expirations

5 & 10 Session Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase. 


Refunds will only be issued due to medical concerns resulting in the inability to participate in personal training. Unused sessions after expiry are not eligible for refund.
