Looking to workout in a group setting but with more specific instruction? Look no further than a small group training program! See below for current offerings.

Glute Mechanics

Join our personal trainer Celeste for a 4 week small group training program! Glute Mechanics is a 4 week program that focuses on activation, strength, and endurance. Registration for this program includes a 6 week glute training program for free! 
Current Program Days/Times:
  • Mondays, 9 am – Jan 23 to Feb 13
  • Tuesdays, 4 pm – Jan 24 to Feb 14


  • Students & Facility Members – $60
  • Non-facility members – $100
